P.A. Properties shows Solida house mock-up at Pag-IBIG housing expo

P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) displayed a full mock-up of its Solida house model for the first time at the Pag-IBIG Fund's 2nd National Housing Expo, according to Mindanao Times. The expo was held on October 19 and 20, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center.

The company said the mock-up let prospective buyers see the model's design, layout and features in person instead of relying on conventional property displays. P.A. Properties reported 32 unit reservations during the two-day expo. Its joint venture P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, which runs the Idesia brand, recorded nine more.

The developer described Solida as an expression of its product philosophy: "Matibay, Maganda, Mabilis, at Abot-kaya," which translates to durable, beautiful, efficiently delivered and affordable.

Architect Marwin Laro, the company's vice president for planning, design and engineering, said the first-time project pushed the team beyond its usual processes. CEO and president Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz said the company remains focused on offering quality, affordable housing and on making homeownership more accessible.
