TP in the Philippines wins Sustainability Company of the Year at 2026 Asia CEO Awards
The digital business services firm, marking 30 years in the country, also received Circle of Excellence citations in three other categories.
Digital business services company TP in the Philippines was named Sustainability Company of the Year at the 2026 Asia CEO Awards, held at the Manila Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, according to Mindanao Times. The award cited the company's work on environmental responsibility, inclusive hiring and community development.
The firm also received Circle of Excellence distinctions for Most Innovative Company of the Year and Service Excellence Company of the Year. Its CEO, Rahul Jolly, was cited under CEO of the Year.
The recognition coincides with TP's 30th year of operations in the country and its ninth straight Great Place to Work certification. The company said it runs 29 sites nationwide with a workforce of 60,000 and recently held job fairs in Metro Manila, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro.
On the environmental side, TP said renewable energy made up 63 percent of its energy use in 2025. Its carbon emissions intensity fell to 0.25 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per employee, a 77 percent drop since 2019. The company also secured ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management in 2025.
Its corporate social responsibility programme, Citizen of the World, mobilised 250 volunteers in 2025. They logged 6,613 volunteer hours and contributed PHP 1.7 million in support to more than 10,300 Filipinos, the company said.
TP also runs a training-to-employment programme for near-hires in the IT-BPM industry and Impact Sourcing initiatives for persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and underserved youth. It said its LaunchPad university programme reached more than 20,000 students in over 40 partner schools in 2026.
Chief financial officer Dipto Sen said the award reflects the company's belief that "lasting business success must go hand-in-hand with the well-being of people and the environment."
The Asia CEO Awards honour individuals and organisations for their contributions to the country's economic progress and its standing as a business destination in the Asia-Pacific.
