Santa Rosa City, which raised its tax revenue from P3.31 billion to P3.95 billion last year, is the tenth city with the highest tax generation.
The next highest value cities were P3.57 billion for Calamba City, P3.13 billion for Cagayan de Oro City, P2.73 billion for Batangas City, P2.56 billion for Antipolo City, P2.50 billion for Rizal Province, P2.47 billion for Iloilo City, and P2.42 billion for Mandaue City.
