Eid al-Adha holds great significance in the Muslim calendar, honoring the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son as per God's instruction. This festival falls on the 10th day of the twelfth month of Dhu al-Hijja, with festivities usually spanning over the following three days, known as the Tashreeq days.
