On Sunday afternoon, February 27, Presidential Spokesperson and Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles announced that the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) had placed Davao City, along with 39 other areas in the country, under Level 1 of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

Meanwhile, the provinces of Davao de Oro, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental will all be on Alert Level 2.

Intrazonal and interzonal movement will be permitted under Alert Level 2, subject to reasonable limits imposed by local government entities.

For fully vaccinated individuals, select facilities or activities are permitted to operate at a maximum of 50% indoor capacity and 70% outdoor capacity.

Intrazonal and interzonal travel will be permitted under Alert Level 1, regardless of age or comorbidities.

All establishments, people, and activities are allowed to function, work, or perform at full capacity on-site as long as health regulations are followed.
