The screening period will be from July 17 to July 19, 2023, while the on-site application period for new registrants will be from July 3 to 14, 2023. Between July 20 and 21, admission notices will be released, and between July 26 and 28, enrolling will take place.
The admission form, a photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), a photocopy of the senior high school transcript (SF9), or the appropriate Alternative Learning System (ALS) certificate (for ALS graduates only), and a certificate of residency from the office of the barangay chairman are all requirements.
A certificate of good moral character, a photocopy of both parents' ITRs or a Certificate of Low Income from the City Social Welfare and Development Office (stating the combined annual net income of both parents is required), and, if applicable, a photocopy of the Certificate of Belonging to Indigenous Peoples Group issued by the Indigenous People Member Representative (IPM) are also requirements.

The following CCD programs are offered: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECEd), Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEntrep), Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd) (Major in Computer Programming, and Major in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology).
The CCD is situated in Km at its temporary location. ten in Catalunan Little.
The temporary location will have 14 classrooms as well as additional amenities including offices and labs.
A budget of P9.8 million was set aside, according to CDD officer-in-charge Dr. Wenefredo Cagape, to establish the temporary site, with a projected enrollment of 1,000 students.
