We began by consuming their deep-fried salami, mushroom and garlic fried rice, chicken siomai cream dory, and American ham covered in a rich pineapple-honey sauce.
We got some of it and some raw fish meat (Sushi or sashimi? Gaaah) because I'm a huge fan of Kimbap and California Maki. To give the atmosphere a real Asian flavor, I even used chopsticks. And boy, I nearly lost the ability to eat with chopsticks!
We had a chocolate cheesecake, an avocado parfait, and brazo de Mercedes for dessert. The desserts weren't overly sweet or too boring. It was absolutely wonderful and amazing.
And oh, guests would adore trying their limitless Halo-halo, one of the famed desserts from the Philippines! Pasta varieties include Bolognese, Carbonara, Spaghetti, Fettuccini, and many others. Simply request your chosen pasta dish, and the chef will prepare it for you.
